Key Responsibilities
- Lead Loyalty Kiosk delivery projects from planning through installation.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while keeping teams accountable.
- Act as the main customer-facing contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and align internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
- Support Loyalty Services/Product teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Oversee projects through the full lifecycle — from requirements to rollout and transition to operations.
- Collect and report metrics, assist with testing, and help ensure quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting ongoing innovation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Previous Experience:
- Project Coordinator or Project Manager background (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Casino or Marketing department experience (bonus points!)
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required
