MOVE FORWARD WITH US
- Project Management
- Contribute to Manufacturing & Supply Chain projects by supporting planning efforts, completing assigned tasks on time, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Technical Support & Service Operations
- Provide technical support for cloud-based systems across business functions, responding to internal customer issues and participating in off-hours/on-call rotations as needed.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Analyze incident trends, perform root cause analysis, and design process improvements to prevent recurring technology issues and enhance user experience.
- Request, Change Management & Compliance
- Manage and document all system changes and end-user requests in ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Ensure changes to Manufacturing & Supply Chain systems meet SOX compliance standards, with proper documentation and coordination with internal auditors.
- Review change schedules for conflicts, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain system validation in alignment with corporate policies.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related degree (required).
- 3-5 years of related experience (required).
- Strong JDE Enterprise One application understanding at the functional and technical levels is preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining JDE Enterprise One setups utilizing Object Management Workbench (OMW).
- Up to 15% travel should be expected for this position.
