We build software that helps companies along the food system get to Net Zero.

~31% of global GHG emissions originate from food-related activities. For the first time in history, climate performance has become an overall business performance indicator. Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance, which leads to increasing pressure from investors, competitors, retailers, and consumers to prevent and reduce their CO2e emissions. Over the next 10 years, companies have set ambitious reduction targets that need to be met. Enterprise software and new business processes can help.

We raised >€10m in funding in the first 2 years of our existence, we launched our enterprise product, signed and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe, and put together what we believe is the best-suited early stage tech team in Europe. Will you be the next to join us? 🚀

🔭 What you will work on

Your mission

Support our customers in calculating their Corporate Carbon Footprint and setting Net Zero Targets that drive climate impact.

Over the next 12 months you will:

1. Make sense of Corporate Carbon Footprints

   • Independently deliver Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) projects for our customers, ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency across projects

   • Collaborate with customers for accurate data collection and insightful emission analysis

   • Prepare clear, decision-oriented outputs (MS Excel, PPT, etc.), translating emission analysis into key messages for both, a technical and non-technical audience (including C-level)

   • Stay up-to-date with the latest and greatest of the GHG Protocol and SBTi

   • Work at the intersection of climate science, technology, and business, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights

2. Empower clients to achieve their climate goals

   • Analyse CO2-emission patterns and derive corporate-level reduction measures

   • Support customers in setting, communicating and reaching Climate Targets

   • Build lasting connections with customers and become the person they turn to for climate advice

🚀  You might be really good for this role if

• You have have hands-on experience with carbon account standards (e.g. GHG Protocol) and delivered corporate carbon footprints end-to-end for clients or in-house

• You are comfortable in client-facing roles, building strong relationships while working hand in hand with customers

• You bring strong quantitative skills and can navigate complex datasets with ease

• You can turn analysis into impact, creating clear, high-quality presentations and dashboards that customers can share internally

• You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, balancing structure with flexibility

• You are dependable, organized, and efficient in managing your work

• You are fluent in both German (> C1) and English
