Job Type: Full-time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administrative processes within the apprenticeship delivery team.
- Coordinate and deliver the End Point Assessment process for all apprenticeship standards.
- Provide timely and accurate data relating to EPA process for apprenticeships.
- Produce reports to inform the Apprenticeship Progress Boards, identifying trends and themes in EPA results.
- Assist in the production of performance reports for the apprenticeship delivery function.
- To liaise with relevant business teams relating to EPA processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of guidance and regulations for EPAO and apprenticeship funding rules.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, correcting ILR rule violations and supporting the completion technical (PDSAT) funding reports.
- Facilitate the EPA process in its entirety, including liaising with college delivery teams, assessment team, MIS team, Employers and EPA organisations.
- Input and monitor registrations for apprenticeship EPAs, gateway requests and EPA test bookings
- Input and monitor registrations for employability qualifications
- To support in preparation work for internal and external audit in relation to systems and data audits.
- Provide general administrative cover for the wider team during holiday periods.
- Act as a liaison with external organisations in relation to the administration and compliance processes of the team taking ownership for issue resolution and escalation.
- To liaise with relevant apprenticeship, business development, and curriculum colleagues taking ownership for issue resolution and escalation as appropriate.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3 years administration experience preferably within a further education/training environment
- Experience of data input, data correction and data extraction and preparation of performance purposes
- Excellent ICT skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Student Records Systems
- Well organised with experience of working in a customer-oriented environment.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to build and maintain strong rapport with wide range of stakeholders
- Commitment to taking ownership for resolving issues
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive personality – self-motivated
- Clear personal commitment to meeting and surpassing customer expectations
Desirable criteria:
- Knowledge of education funding regulations and audit requirements
- Experience of working within an apprenticeships team
- Experience of co-ordinating and tracking administrative processes to ensure high levels of performance.
- Experience and knowledge of EPA processes and Awarding Body regulations
