The CITAT - CIT Architecture & Technology team is part of the Corporate Information & Technology Department (CIT) at IFC. CIT is responsible for delivering innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions that enable the institution's strategic priorities. CIT supports all core business functions, including investment operations, advisory services, climate business, and treasury, by acting as a trusted technology partner and enabler. IFC is seeking a results-oriented IT professional to lead initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of our IT operations and business processes. This role focuses on identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring our IT systems and workflows align with the organization’s diverse goals and priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and a passion for process improvement, driving meaningful outcomes such as cost optimization, streamlined workflows, and stronger alignment between IT and organizational needs. This role emphasizes collaboration across teams, fostering innovation, and delivering sustainable, positive change that benefits everyone.

Role Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Modernization:
• Develop and execute strategies to modernize IT systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Align IT initiatives with business priorities to ensure we are solving the right problems.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to keep us competitive.

Process Optimization:
• Analyze current IT workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Redesign and streamline processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Establish metrics to measure the success of process improvements.

Business Process Improvement:
• Lead efforts to rethink and redesign critical business processes for better outcomes.
• Use data to identify redundancies, reduce cycle times, and improve scalability.
• Ensure new processes are sustainable and aligned with organizational goals.

Technology Implementation:
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance IT performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of new tools and systems into existing environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Cost and Performance Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to reduce IT costs while maintaining service quality.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to maximize value and manage relationships effectively.
• Monitor IT budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Selection Criteria

• Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, transformation, process improvement, or business process reengineering roles in a financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading successful IT transformation and BPR projects.
• Experience with cloud computing, automation, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, BPR) is a must.
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process reengineering methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Adaptability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
