This position is responsible for supporting the Claims Operations and is responsible for handling customer interactions within a Call Center environment. The work activities will include:
 

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing claim information.
  •  Process legal, regulatory, and other incoming mail within the designated time frame.
  • Research policy and client information in Starr's underwriting systems.
  • Research, validate and forward claims mail to Starr and other Third-Party Administrators.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements and product development as needed.
  • Communicate with Claim Managers, brokers, and underwriters as needed for proper processing of claims.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.
