ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through direct go-to-market strategies targeting brand and agency decision makers.  This role will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and renewing across media, marketing, content, digital, experiential, creative, and PR sectors. The ideal candidate is a deal-closer with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly building new revenue streams, leveraging Tribeca’s live events, content production, social, and branded storytelling capabilities to meet client objectives.
You will aggressively identify opportunities, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and expand our footprint with top-tier brands and their agencies.

ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic and relentless sales driver who thrives on hitting, and surpassing targets. You bring deep networks at brands and agencies, know how to open doors at the C-suite level, and can articulate compelling value propositions that lead to swift decision-making. You understand how to navigate holding companies, win competitive pitches, and package offerings that solve client pain points.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual new revenue targets.
  • Build a robust prospect pipeline of brands and agencies across priority sectors.
  • Rapidly expand existing sponsor relationships by upselling and cross-selling additional Tribeca offerings.
  • Lead high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s strategic needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft go-to-market packages, case studies, and competitive pricing models.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring renewals and multi-year commitments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to position Tribeca as the partner of choice.
  • Represent Tribeca at key industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to source and close deals.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5–7+ years of direct sales experience in advertising, media, events, or entertainment, with a focus on closing new business.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Extensive network of contacts and relationships with advertising and marketing clients & agencies, with a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Expertise in complex deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to win competitive RFPs.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable with aggressive growth targets.
  • Experience selling experiential, sponsorship, content, and/or media solutions preferred.
  • Prior work with festivals, conferences, live events or branded content a plus.
