Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Photo Operator in Hollis, NH. In this position, the Photo Operator will be responsible for processing thin film substrates in the photolithography manufacturing cell. This role will help the cell meet its daily production obligations by adhering to quality and workmanship standards and producing work on time and at the expected production rate.

Job Location:

Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

What you will be doing:

  • Processing work orders through the cell in accordance with the daily schedule
  • Clean and pattern substrates & photomasks using both manual and semi-automated photolithography processes
  • Properly qualify, set-up & operate alignment machines.  Identify & report any equipment problems
  • Build masks accurately for production use in FFD
  • Accurately align substrates to photomask
  • Responsible for handling chemicals, chemical changeover and disposal of chemicals 
  • Measure critical dimensions on photomasks and product
  • Properly use microscope to inspect photomasks and products to identify defects
  • Completely and accurately record data in the appropriate logs
  • Maintain daily cleanliness of cell
  • Reports to the Supervisor
  • Works closely with the team members in cell and Processing Engineering.

What you will bring along:

  • Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred. 
  • Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a microscope to find and identify defects.
  • Computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
