Job Title: Automotive Finance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our finance department across our Monrovia/Duarte dealerships. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage and train Finance Managers. 

- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all finance-related paperwork.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive financing programs, interest rates, and lending guidelines.

- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive financing options.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing options.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to assess creditworthiness and negotiate terms effectively.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
