Summary:

 

This is contingent on award of this contract.

The Capability Integrator – Lead serves as the senior technical and operational advisor for the Future Concepts Center (FCC) – Sustainment Capability Development and Integration Directorate (SCDID) Integration and Assessments Branch. This role provides leadership and oversight to the Capability Integration team, ensuring seamless coordination of capability development activities in support of Army modernization goals. The Lead will act as the primary interface between the Program Manager, stakeholders, and the integration team to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Capability Integrator – Lead will:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Capability Integration team.
  • Oversee integration of capabilities across DOTMLPF-P domains, ensuring interoperability and alignment with operational concepts.
  • Manage workflow, assign tasks, and track project milestones for all integration activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and align solutions with operational needs.
  • Lead development and review of JCIDS documentation including ICDs, CDDs, and DCRs.
  • Direct and oversee capability gap analyses and experimentation efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level briefings and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FCC SCDID leadership regarding capability integration matters.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:    

Specialized Qualifications:

Must possess proficiency in the following:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Army modernization strategy, TRADOC regulations, and the JCIDS process.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional capability development teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Army analytical tools (e.g., GCSS-Army, LMI Decision Support Tool).

Skills:

  • Advanced leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to represent the organization in high-level meetings and working groups.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • SECRET level security clearance.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Military Studies, Logistics, Engineering) OR equivalent combination of education and 7+ years of capability development, integration, or operational planning experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
