Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Foreman to lead and oversee commercial plumbing installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll direct field crews, ensure work is performed to spec, and keep projects on track in terms of quality, safety, and schedule. 

We’re looking for a natural leader who can motivate crews, communicate clearly with project managers, and take pride in delivering excellent work in a dynamic, team-driven environment. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can drive production, coordinate with project managers, and ensure high-quality installation on large-scale commercial projects across Florida. 

Compensation:  $27- $37 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Variable Shifts - Need Flexibility based on Project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects.
   
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
   
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
   
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
   
• Maintain safety standards and job site organization.
   
• Travel across the state of Florida to support projects.
   

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
   
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation practices, and building codes.
   
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
   
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
   
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
   
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
