· Provide administrative support to both office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations

· Perform accurate data entry 

· Maintaining both physical and electronic files

· Scan and organize critical documents for recordkeeping and compliance purposes

· Adhere to government regulations and compliance standards

· Coordinate internal audits and compliance reviews 

· Review of Inventory audits and expedited orders

· Process invoices and manage customer billing with accuracy and timeliness

· Review accounts receivable and assist with collections 

· Order warehouse supplies and maintain vendor relationships

· Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics companies

· Answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
