Administrative Assistant (part-time)

If you are interested in making an impact, then you have come to the right place. We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is detail oriented and can multitask to support our Marketing department in a part-time Marketing Administrative Assistant role.
What you will do:
- Review and maintain written and computer files
- Assist in product ordering and inventory management
- Research and collect information for use within the marketing department
- Help to implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
- Office assistance with filing, corporate communications
- Assist with data entry
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm
Work Location: In person
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Requirements

Physical Requirements

- Ability to bend, twist, and stand on your feet as needed
- Exposure to warehouse environment
