Gate Sales Representative
Job Summary
DuraServ is seeking a Gate Sales Representative who will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue for Gate systems, and establishing new customer relationships with customers that need gate repairs and service
Essential Functions
- Call on potential gate customers including but not limited to Community Associations, Apartment Communities, Property Managers, and Homeowners to educate them on how DuraServ and its affliates can help them with their gate needs.
- Develop and rapidly grow your exclusive sales territory through consistent communication, familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of gate systems, operators, access controls, and associated equipment.
- Provide estimates for all regular work and repair.
- Understand service contracts in broad terms.

- In office environment approximately 50% of the time
- In the field at customer sites approximately 50% of the time
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

- This job requires no planned business travel.
Education and Experience (Edit the below example to accurately reflect what is required.)
- High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience installing or selling gates and gate systems is preferred but not required
