Overview
St. Andrew Parish is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Associate who will maintain all aspects of maintenance for parish buildings and property.
Job Responsibilities:
- Custodial cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Set ups for events and meetings
- Secure all buildings on campus as needed
- Custodial duties including: cleaning, vacuuming, bathrooms, windows, for all buildings on campus
- Electrical: Perform all minor repairs such as outlets, switches, light bulbs and fixtures.
- Air Conditioning: Replace belts, filters and thermostats as needed.
- Plumbing: Repair water leaks; replace faucets, open drains as needed.
- General maintenance/carpentry of walls, doors, windows, carpet, tile, caulk and paint where needed.
- Other tasks as determined by Maintenance Director/Pastor
