About the Role

As the Business Development Administrator, you are the first impression when a potential merchant partner calls in. You are the VIP concierge line to our newly onboarded partners and the support to our external sales team and leaders.

What Your Responsibilities Look Like…

Here is an idea of what you can expect to do as a Business Development Administrator:

  • Managing calls and emails from leads, existing merchant partners and internal stakeholders
  • Processing inbound leads and setting them up in our CRM
  • Reporting as requested by the external team
  • Troubleshooting for our merchant partners
  • Outbound Customer Service calls
  • Support our external sales team with their inbound requests
