Job Summary
The Paid Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing paid social media campaigns for Moroch Partners and its FOCs. This position requires a strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, data analysis, and will assist in the development of full funnel strategies that support a multitude of brands with different business goals and objectives to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Proven experience with major Social Media platforms including Meta & Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Ability to set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms. Ability to troubleshoot campaign set up, performance and pacing fluctuations
- Tag management, brand safety set up a plus.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Experience with pulling data from social media advertising platforms and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
- Copywriting: Strong writing skills to craft compelling ad copy for social media platforms.
- Budget Management: Experience with managing and optimizing paid social media budgets. Co-manage media vendor delivery reporting and execute campaign reconciliations on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Social Media Trends: Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools, ad server platforms, and basic understanding of HTML and CSS (a plus).
- Excel Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and ability to craft simple pivots and compile standard and combo graphs/charts. Knowledge of formulas such as vlookup, xlookup a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising (or equivalent through demonstrably successful campaigns)
- Proven track record of creating and managing successful paid social media campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferences
- This position is preferred to be local in the Dallas, TX area but open to remote employees.
- Local and remote employees in this role would be expected to travel for internal or client meetings up to 10% of the time.
