SUMMARY
Assemble, setup, and disassemble entire machine components based on work plans and blueprints. This is not a typical factory assembly line role. Due to the custom nature of our work, every day is different. Work in a team environment to build our custom machines from the ground up – start to finish. 

LOCATION 

Moundridge, KS 

HOURS 

6:00 am – 2:30 pm M-F 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Assemble and setup machine components per work plans and blueprints using a variety of tools such as mechanics hand tools, drills, spot welders, calipers and others as required.
• Work with team members to solve problems with fit and operation.
• Disassemble components and ready them for shipment.
• May be required to learn and operate drills, grinders, forklifts, overhead hoist and other equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED/PREFERRED 

• Able to use and understand all precision measuring instruments.
• Understands basic math concepts.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, bills of material, setup sheets, etc.
• Able to use a wide variety of tools.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD 

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous experience as a mechanic for auto, diesel, or agriculture
• Experience working on your own vehicles
• A farming background
• Industrial maintenance experience

• Supply own hand tools.
• Ability to change assignments frequently.
