JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compliance - Maintain compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations involved within the Commercial Driver Licensure. Work closely with Occupational Health and Safety to maintain licensure for all team members. Work closely with the Lead, Fleet services to insure vehicles are maintained to DOT standards.

  • Vehicle Data - Collect and analyze department-related vehicle data for purposes of identifying trends and making improvements.

  • Daily Operations - Lead the daily operation and workflow of the transportation department. Provide new employees with training and orientation to the department. Evaluate performance of staff. Provide input and/or make recommendations for disciplinary action when warranted. Provide input and/or make recommendations for staff to receive recognition.

  • Customer Service - Meet and exceed expectations through consistent delivery of customer service to passengers and visitors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

  • Maintain current DOT physical card
