As the Digital & Marketing Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable roles, responsible for leading customer acquisition and brand awareness for insurance products through paid digital channels, including Google and Bing Search, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate marketing. This role is focused on performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and leveraging organic search strategies to enhance the impact of paid media.
You will play an active role in delivering the Insurance strategy and commercial objectives, consistently modelling best practices and maintaining a strong customer first mindset.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you have proven experience in Digital & marketing within financial services. In addition to this, you will:
• Hands on experience with key platforms and tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate networks, and SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a data driven and commercial mindset, capable of interpreting customer feedback and campaign performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise results.
• Communicate effectively, setting clear expectations and embedding a high-performance culture
• Implement change, drive improvements in organisational performance and culture, achieving the buy in of all key stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of their own specialism in the context of wider organisational requirements
