Join LOCALiQ, part of Newsquest Media Group – one of the UK’s leading regional media and advertising businesses. We’re currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our Swindon office on a part-time basis (up to 28 hours per week).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced sales environment and enjoys being at the heart of a collaborative, friendly team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our commercial operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day tasks, and helping our sales team deliver exceptional service to local businesses.

We’re open to discussing flexible working days and hours across the standard office week, but you must be able to attend work in our Swindon office. You’ll be happy to provide ad hoc support to management, contribute wherever needed, and have the support of a colleague within the wider department to work alongside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and commercial teams
  • Assist with advert bookings, account setup, and campaign reporting
  • Coordinate internal communications and support commercial reporting
  • Liaise with editorial teams to support advertorials and media functions
  • Organise meetings, events, and team initiatives
  • Maintain and improve office processes and procedures
  • Support minor IT-related issues and liaise with suppliers when needed
  • Ensure smooth office operations and assist with facilities management

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in media or digital marketing is a plus (but not essential)
