Job Description:
Join Altera as a Demand Generation Manager in our Marketing team! The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital ads, webinars, and content marketing, to drive top-of-funnel leads.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage automated workflows to nurture leads through the buying journey, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Email Marketing: Develop email marketing content such as newsletters, promotional campaigns and responsive email templates to optimize open and click through rates.
Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification, follow-up processes, and feedback loops to improve lead quality and conversions.
Content Development: Partner with the content, product marketing and business units teams to develop and promote engaging, technical content tailored to customer pain points and Altera’s value proposition.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Marketing Technology: Manage the marketing automation platform and define integrations into CRM to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, and campaign execution.
Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
Integration of AI: Leverage Gen AI technology to create content, expedite editorial and create drip email campaign strategy
Campaign Development: Expertise using paid media to acquire new customers including LinkedIn ads, X ads and Google Adwords
Salary Range
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years of Marketing Communications for a B2B company or digital marketing agency experience
2 years experience using marketing automation platforms including Salesforce Account Engagement, data cleansing services, Canva for graphic development and Streamyard for online event streaming.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lead generation, email marketing, webinars, trade shows, branding, creative design, videos, paid media and social media
Previously worked in the semiconductor industry, preferably for an FPGA company
