Co-Op Program Overview

The 2026 Engineering Co-Op Program is designed specifically for students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering. This program offers the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to hands-on projects that support innovation in filtration design, manufacturing, testing, and operations.

 

Please note: This opportunity is only available to students pursuing an engineering degree. While we value interest from all academic backgrounds, students outside of engineering disciplines will not be considered for this role.

 

Available Locations

  • Cookeville, TN – Engineering and manufacturing support

  • Nashville, TN – Corporate and product development engineering

  • Neillsville, WI – Operations, manufacturing, and process engineering

  • Stoughton, WI – Production support, quality, and continuous improvement

 

Eligible Engineering Majors

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Chemical Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Materials Engineering

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Other closely related engineering disciplines

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do


Depending on your assignment, you may:

  • Design, model, and test filtration components and systems
  • Support manufacturing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Collect and analyze engineering and test data
  • Apply lean principles and continuous improvement techniques
  • Use engineering tools such as CAD, MATLAB, Python, or Minitab
  • Participate in project teams with engineers, technicians, and operators
  • Present findings to technical teams and leaders
  • Contribute to sustainability, safety, and quality initiatives
     

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Available to work full-time during one of the 2026 terms (Spring, Summer, or Fall)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Interest in manufacturing, product development, or sustainable engineering
  • Prior internship, research, or hands-on experience (not required)
