We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Fleet & Customer Experience Project Manager, you will deliver strategic initiatives that balance operational efficiency with customer-centric innovation. You’ll collaborate with technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer value.. This role will operate on a hybrid model, with at least 2 days working in the Dublin office per week.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in project management in the airline/MRO/Aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft operations, maintenance planning, and customer service delivery.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA, IATA).
  • Experience in a matrixed or multinational environment.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of fleet and customer experience projects, from planning to closure.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee fleet lifecycle programmes, including aircraft acquisitions, transitions, modifications, and retirements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives through fleet modernisation and emissions reduction projects.
  • Deliver customer experience improvements across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Champion innovation in passenger services, cabin design, and personalisation.
  • Engage stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Digital teams, as well as OEMs and regulators.
  • Drive change management, transformation, and adoption of new technologies.
  • Track KPIs and report progress to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
