We are looking for someone to join our Brisbane based Customer Service team supporting our Stockland Residential Communities team in a Sales Associate Online role.  A great opportunity to utilise your customer service, sales and administration qualities, blending them into one.

 

About the role

 

As a Sales Associate, you will be supporting new sales enquiries and playing a key role in our Customers Journey and enhancing Stockland’s competitive position, with the use of phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers.  Delivering market-leading sales qualification conversations and customer support, you’ll help customers with their decision-making process and progression towards a new home.

 

This role is split between working from our Brisbane CBD based Head Office and one of our project development office sites, closet to your location where applicable.  A full-time, permanent position that will require to work 5-day shifts, including a Saturday, when rostered on, with substitute non-work day during the week.

 

To ensure your success in this role you:

 

  • Possess a strong customer focus that drives you and an interest in driving sales.  You understand delivering outstanding customer sales and service and being a customer advocate, as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming online enquiries (telephone, website, social media and live chat)
  • Experience and proven track record in a customer centric role (with a focus on property ideal but not essential), within a sales and service environment, such as inbound sales or customer service contact centre
  • You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide audience of people
  • Great with technology and can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you or experience with another CRM would be beneficial
  • You can build and maintain relationships with customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service that embeds Stockland as the preferred product choice in this market
  • You are eager to learn, grow and develop a career - and you will in Stockland
