Position Summary
Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineer
Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enable unified customer data and advanced analytics.
Configure and optimize SFMC journeys, audience segmentation, and suppression rules, ensuring compliance with pharma commercial models and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement data-driven segmentation strategies for HCP/HCO engagement.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL for integrating external and internal data sources with Salesforce platforms.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met across all pharma-related datasets.
Partner with analytics and commercial operations teams to enable personalized multichannel campaigns.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and deliver scalable solutions.
Education
Work Experience
7-12 of overall experience
Strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on expertise in pharma data segmentation, suppression logic, and compliance-driven data management.
Proficiency in Azure (ADF, Synapse, or related services) and Databricks for data engineering workflows.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data transformation, validation, and reporting.
Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
