We have an exciting opportunity at our Lebanon, OH Development Center to hire a Change Management Coordinator on a long-term contract basis. As the Change Manager Coordinator, you will support the SAP S4 Hana implementation at the five MANE production sites in North America. Reporting to the BOS Change Management Lead, you will help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools at our Cincinnati site and regional affiliates.

 

NOTE: This is a long-term CONTRACT position.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Change-Management Planning:

Assist in crafting and maintaining the change-management plan for the North America S/4HANA deployment, tracking milestones and deliverables.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Support stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and engagement forums to ensure all functional teams understand upcoming changes.

Communications Execution:

Develop and distribute targeted communications (emails, intranet updates, FAQs) detailing S/4HANA benefits, timelines, and process changes.

Training Coordination:

Coordinate logistics for role-based training sessions—scheduling, materials distribution, and attendance tracking—for all North American end-users.

Go-Live Support:

Provide on-site and virtual support during cutover and go-live activities, triage user questions, and escalate issues to the Change Lead or support teams.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

Collect feedback via surveys and workshops post-go-live; help analyze adoption metrics and recommend adjustments to training and communications.

Tool & Template Maintenance:

Maintain change-management assets (impact assessment, communication tracker, training logs) in line with the BOS Program Standards.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all change management-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the change management lead for the other transformation programs program to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Other duties in support of company objectives

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in change-management or project-coordination roles, with exposure to ERP or SAP deployments
  • Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes in Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative mindset, eager to learn SAP methodology and best practices

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Travel to other MANE sites within the US may be expected
