Position Summary:

  • Provide support for Sales Reps/Manager. Must be able to assist Reps with reporting to Vendors.
  • Responsible for delivering “world class” customer service, phones, email etc.
  • Responsible for positively supporting the department’s total integration model
  • Creating/Updating/Cancellation of accounts as well as potential research required in multiple software systems
  • (SAP/cieTrade/Fleet Software)
  • Responsible for all customer service duties including internal and external customers
  • Responsible for miscellaneous accounting duties, which include but is not limited to payment status of loads; AP
  • Debit/Credit memos
  • PO’s for Wire Orders/Wire charges
  • Responsible for collecting and compiling data for reports as requested
  • Responsible for special projects (assignments) and process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned or required
  • Internal Fleet Software Data Entry as needed/required
  • Sales Support (reporting/account research)
  • Update/Maintain all pricing for fiber Vendors
  • Maintain conditions for processing fees, pull charges, FSC for vendor accounts
  • Issue monthly remittances for ALL Reps as needed
  • Correlate with SAP Vendors all pertinent documentation for new fiber Customers/Vendors into Workflow program
  • Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences

  • High School or general education plus additional specialized training including in depth knowledge of customer service support processes and procedures. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in customer support, service or sales function.
  • Strong working knowledge of the use and application of Microsoft Office suite software products.
  • Demonstrated superior oral communication skills and the ability to listen carefully to others, obtain clarification and
  • speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to retain highly confidential and business propriety information.
  • Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple and changing work assignments priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of the use and application of Microsoft Office suite software products.
  • Ability to multi-task and cross train easily
  • Professional Attitude & conduct to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.
  • Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills are needed.
  • High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline
  • Strictly adhere to safety requirements and the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by PRATT Safety and OSHA.
  • Willing to travel and work away from home when and if required.
  • Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
