• Coordinate and schedule dispatch of drivers and service technicians,

• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and respond to issues.
   
• Optimize routing and scheduling to reduce costs and improve delivery/service times.
   
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle logs, and delivery documentation.
   
• Liaise with internal departments (customer service, warehouse, sales) to meet service requirements.
   
• Handle emergency or unexpected issues calmly and professionally (e.g., delays, breakdowns).
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and safety standards.
   
• Use dispatch software or systems to enter, update, and track job assignments.
