Lytegen, a leading solar sales company committed to promoting clean energy solutions for homes is seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Leads to oversee daily operations of our high-performance remote call center. This role requires hands-on management, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to drive results through appointment setting, customer service, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of remote call center representatives
- Monitor KPIs, daily performance, and appointment-setting metrics
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and real-time floor support
- Implement performance improvement plans and training programs
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet weekly targets
Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and drive performance
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, and customer service
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy; able to use CRMs, dialers, and remote management tools
- Monday - Friday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Optional overtime on weekends
- Must be able to work in Sacramento, CA as this is an onsite in office role
