Description

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and creative Marketing Strategist to assist the Marketing Supervisor with planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate revenue. This role connects big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing efforts across digital, traditional, and social media channels.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong campaign management skills, a solid grasp of media strategy and analytics, and a passion for translating customer insights into actionable marketing plans. This role assists the Marketing Supervisor and collaborates cross-departmentally to ensure aligned messaging and business goals. The Marketing Strategist reports directly to the Marketing Supervisor and plays a key role in aligning marketing efforts with company-wide strategies. A strong emphasis on social media, performance tracking, and innovation is essential.

 

This position is Full-Time and requires availability on weekends and holidays. The standard work schedule is Wednesday – Sunday, 9am-5pm, but may change depending on park hours and campaign schedules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support seasonal initiatives, events, brand priorities, and revenue goals.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with the Marketing Supervisor and internal stakeholders (sales, events, admissions, creative) to align strategy and messaging.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from concept through launch and post-campaign review.
  • Create and manage paid and organic media plans across digital (search, social, display), print, and broadcast channels.
  • Optimize media budgets and performance through ongoing testing and analysis.
  • Maintain media calendars and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Support the evolution of the company’s brand identity, voice, and tone.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communications, campaigns, and content.
  • Uphold brand guidelines in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor social media campaigns to support overall marketing efforts.
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to drive growth and improve results.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct market and audience research to guide campaign direction and messaging.
  • Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to improve targeting and segmentation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and guest services teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Map and optimize the customer journey to ensure effective touchpoints across the funnel.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to support segmented communication and re-engagement.
  • Track and analyze KPIs across all marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and detailed reports on campaign performance.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Experiment with new tools, technologies, and content formats..
  • Run A/B tests to refine messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Identify emerging marketing trends and apply them to keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, social platforms, and content strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in tourism, events, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Passion for audience engagement, creative storytelling, and performance-driven strategy.
