Location – This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role

The Milk Supply Associate is responsible for entering farm milk production data into Dairy Collection which feeds DSI and SAP, while ensuring it’s accuracy by balancing with all key stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with milk haulers and plants to retrieve milk tickets with producer pick-ups recorded.
  • Daily maintenance of Dairy Collection
  • Enter and maintain milk pounds into Dairy Collection
  • Make corrective actions in SAP to match any changes in DSI
  • Maintain New Producer/Producer number changes in Dairy Collection to ensure that the Mobile App stays current.
  • Communicate with plants, milk handlers, customers, haulers, and internal departments to balance milk twice per month (or on demand).
  • Coordinate with milk schedulers on changes to route milk.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports out of business objects as needed.
  • Troubleshoot accuracy of milk tickets with production schedule, milk handlers, haulers and interested internal departments.
  • Maintain work instructions as contacts or changes happen within regions.
  • Responsible for mailing and ordering hauling supplies, including milk tickets, stampers, load stickers.
  • Responsible for mailing weekly quality reports.
  • Coordinate the ordering of producer stickers.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Dairy or accounting background preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and Access databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently.

Base hourly wage range: $15.41 - $19.45 per hour
This hourly wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base hourly wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the hourly wage range and hiring at the maximum of the hourly wage range is not typical.
