What You’ll Do: We have an exciting opportunity to join our compliance team. In this highly regulated industry, it is critical to find a detail oriented, compliance driven individual to join our team. If you are detail oriented, can maintain confidentiality in all situations and are able to easily adapt to and reprioritize work, we want to hear from you!

In this role you will focus on maintaining compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies requirements.  This position will be responsible for research and responses related to customer grievances.  This position will be responsible for assisting with obtaining approvals from the appropriate regulatory state, federal and other regulatory agencies and maintaining compliance with periodic filing requirements. 

Scope of Work May Include:

  • Assisting with administration of the Company’s compliance program to adhere to state and federal laws, rules and regulations and company standards
  •  Prepare and submit state-specific insurance forms and filings in compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize state insurance department websites and prepare accurate and timely submissions for various regulatory reports and filings
  • Handle customer complaints, producer oversight, anti-fraud activities, and product compliance
  • Work with internal teams to assist in the investigation of consumer complaints or agent conduct inquiries
  • Support a range of compliance functions as business and regulatory needs and priorities shift
  • Perform other related work as assigned

In this role you will need:

  • Strong Technical skills with the ability to learn and catch on quickly to changing technology
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain compliance with Federal, State and other regulatory agencies for insurance companies
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work when demands change

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • College degree or equivalent experience required plus at least one-year related work experience preferred.
  • Must have good research, analytical, organization and decision-making skills along with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be knowledgeable regarding Adobe Pro, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
