PRN through our hours of operation (M-F: 8a-6p, S: 9a-3p and Sun: 10a-3p, every fourth weekend), ideally 10-20 hours a pay period at minimum

Your Role:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care—providing expert medication management, collaborating with physicians, and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care in accordance with evidence-based practices
Monitor drug therapies for safety and effectiveness
Educate patients and healthcare professionals
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Retail/Community/Discharge pharmacy experience preferred

- Education: 4 Year/Bachelor's Degre, required. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification, required. Doctorate of Pharmacy, preferred.
- Experience: Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required. Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required): Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
