Senior Workplace
Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor Grade 9/10 role with Revenue NSW Join the newly established WHS function within
Revenue NSW, supported by strong executive commitment and embedded in the Risk,
Privacy, and Assurance Unit. Our team is respected across the organisation for
delivering real impact and driving practical outcomes. You will collaborate
with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to apply your WHS knowledge
and expertise to ensure everyone goes home safe and well. As a WHS Advisor, you will lead the
development and implementation of WHS strategies, action plans, and initiatives
that enhance workplace health and safety across Revenue NSW. Your role will be
critical in supporting senior leaders and people leaders to adopt proactive WHS
risk management practices and delivering tailored support for incident and
hazard follow-up. You will be a key driver in fostering a
positive safety culture by promoting psychosocial and physical safety education
and awareness, coordinating WHS consultation processes, chairing the WHS
Committee, and managing organisation-wide WHS communications. What We’re

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129,464 base plus superannuation
