ServiceNow Developer – GRC/IRM
Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 4 months

 

Overview:
CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with GRC and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) expertise to support our client’s platform development needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on the GRC/IRM modules.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.

  • Create workflows, business rules, forms, and notifications.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.

  • Maintain clear documentation of all development work.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.

  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS).

  • Proven track record delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
