In this role, you will focus on inside sales and business development, targeting solar installers and electricians. You will play a key role in engaging prospects, presenting Enphase solutions, and strengthening relationships with our existing customer base.
- Conduct outbound calls using company-provided databases.
- Present Enphase products and solutions, highlighting their added value to potential customers.
- Record activities and maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce (CRM).
- Support lead generation and expand our client base through structured prospecting.
- Invite customers and prospects to company events and training sessions.
- Assist in organising customer events when required.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client base you help develop.
- Strong interest in sustainability and renewable energy, especially solar.
- Background in sales, business development, or customer engagement (commercial training or degree preferred).
- Fluent in English and French (required), as well as German (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.
- A proactive, challenge-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
