This is a genderless position that welcomes candidates from all backgrounds.
- Receive maintenance requests from residents via phone, email, or online system.
- Assess the urgency and nature of each request and determine an appropriate course of action.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests and their status.
- Follow up with residents regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
- Provide empathetic and professional assistance to residents in person or over the phone.
- Collaborate with property management staff to address any escalated issues or complex requests. Continuously improve processes by identifying areas for efficiency and recommending solutions. Stay updated on property policies and procedures related to maintenance requests.
- Represent Sunrise Management and the community in a professional manner. Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone. The role is expected to adhere to the company dress and grooming policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- An educational degree not required.
- At least one year of related experience preferred.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working on a PC
- Property management experience is preferred.
