Are you a creative strategist with a passion for driving online growth and building memorable digital experiences? We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Denver!

Position Summary 

The primary focus of the Digital Marketing Manager position is to provide support and management of digital marketing activities for MAXX Properties’ portfolio.   

In this role, you will work as an integral part of the marketing team to optimize MAXX Properties’ online presence and drive greater quality lead generation using a variety of digital media and tactics including web sites, social media, online directories and listing services, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (SEM), email marketing, and others.  

You’ll collaborate with our property teams to ensure various stakeholders are fully utilizing all digital marketing tools.  You’ll champion emerging trends and provide proactive thought leadership on the digital landscape. 

The Digital Marketing Manager will be based out of our Harrison, N.Y. or uptown Denver CO offices and will report to the VP, Marketing.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Devise and deliver specific, actionable plans for improving MAXXProperties.com performance. Prioritize initiatives and maintain a product development calendar 
  • Work alongside outside agencies to create digital products with the best possible end-user experience and a focus on attracting prospective residents and converting leads 
  • Provide support and coordination for content changes on all digital assets. Coordinate or make web content updates, as needed 
  • Create and implement SEO, SEM and social media strategies with direct accountability for the growth of KPIs. Hands-on experience is required 
  • Own the email marketing product development plan. Manage the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for each community 
  • Manage the prioritization, budgeting, planning, tracking, and execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-spec deliverables 
  • Work with existing Internet Listing Services (ILS) and identify new ILS to improve lead generation 
  • Assist in the oversight of a third-party contact center 
  • Identify and implement new tools and improvements to existing tools to increase the efficiency of field marketing to assist our properties 
  • Assist in data collection and reporting against monthly KPIs. Responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance against initiatives 
  • Perform strategic site visits across the country 
  • Diagnose and solve marketing issues at challenged properties; Support new property marketing transitions 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department including assistance with invoicing, advertising contracts and asset management 
  • Embrace principles of sustainability in the work product to provide for a better living environment for our residents and future generations 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage one’s own time and provide leadership to others. 
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and in leveraging site analytics programs for insights (Google Analytics). 
  • Confident and effective written and verbal communications skills. 
  • Rigorous attention to detail. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity and drive to succeed. 
  • Able to thrive under tight constraints, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet project deadlines while delivering a quality product and excellent service. 
  • Proficient in computer use and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. 

Education / Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic or Web Design or a related field is required 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industries 
  • Specific work in B2C marketing, advertising, brand management, administrative support operations, written communications and/or budget management are highly desirable 

Travel Requirements 

  • This position will require travel up to 15% of the time.
