As the Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll be the heart of our office environment - delivering exceptional hospitality, seamless operations, and a sense of community. You’ll ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and inspiring, while also creating moments of delight that make our workplace a destination.
This role blends hospitality, operations, and leadership - perfect for someone who thrives on service, organization, and creating meaningful experiences.

- On-Site Role:
- 32 hours per week – Monday – Thursday, with flexibility for events and special needs
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Client & Team Member Experience
- Create a consistent, high-touch hospitality experience for guests and clients
- Manage client visits from agenda creation to catering and special accommodations
- Conduct regular audits of conference rooms and common areas to ensure functionality and cleanliness
- Serve as the go-to for conference room technology support
- Coordinate and execute team member experiences and corporate events
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor relationships
- Manage office furniture moves, inventory, and workspace optimization
- Maintain up-to-date records of office supplies and equipment
- Serve as liaison with property management for repair and maintenance issues
- Ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness protocols are in place
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a service-related industry (hospitality or facilities preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences
- Familiarity with facility systems (e.g., LightEdge, Everbridge) a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project needs
