We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service
  • Process customer payments (credit card, account, cash, or check) and balance daily receipts
  • Maintain office organization and keep supplies stocked
  • Coordinate pick-up orders with sales staff to ensure accuracy
  • Keep accurate spreadsheets and records of transactions
  • Manage customer forms (credit applications, account set-up, authorizations)
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Support teammates with day-to-day office needs
  • This position operates on a set shift schedule, with coverage needed across weekdays and weekends. Specific shifts will be assigned in advance to allow for planning.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office support, retail transaction, or customer service role
  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree a plus)
  • Strong math skills and comfort using a calculator
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a professional, approachable demeanor
  • Comfortable working weekends and occasional overtime to support customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Schedule

  • Split Shifts for Weekday Coverage: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Weekend Coverage: Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating Sunday availability if store opens)
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
