Location: Waterford, VA
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Compensation: $19-$23/hour depending on education level and experience.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
Valid Driver’s License: Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
Key Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
