Our Operations and Procurement Team
Are you looking to start your career in business, finance, or supply chain? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement team in a Senior Specialist position.
You’ll be working closely with experienced professionals and reporting to the Director of Procurement. This position requires you to be on-site at least 4 days a week.

How you'll make a difference:
- Develop and support purchasing strategies for multiple categories of spend.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings.
- Track procurement performance metrics to improve efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, ensure timely ordering, and forecast supply needs.
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, deliveries, repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the workplace is safe, clean, and fully functional for employees and visitors.
- Support office moves, furniture setup, and workspace planning.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, earned within the last 1–2 years.
- Internship or project experience related to procurement, purchasing, finance, or operations is a plus.
- Familiar with basic procurement concepts and interested in learning more about purchasing processes and systems.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., working with spreadsheets, basic formulas, charts).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn negotiation and decision-making techniques.
- Able to work with numbers, analyze data, and pay close attention to detail.
- Any relevant certifications (such as CPSM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma) are a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
