As a Customer Service Representative I (H), you will be the heartbeat of our customer service department, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Your role will involve answering calls and emails from our valued customers, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need. You'll also keep detailed notes on customer interactions to ensure everyone receives top-notch support. Your efforts will contribute to making our customers feel heard and appreciated.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming every customer call and email with a warm greeting and cheerful demeanor!
- Answering questions and addressing concerns with patience and understanding.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating account information.
- Solving customer complaints and working as a team to escalate more complex issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure all their needs are met.
- Staying up-to-date on all of our products and services to provide the best assistance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a smile
- Team player who enjoys working in a friendly environment
