NOW HIRING: Part-Time Assistant Manager – Anytime Fitness Robinson

Location: Robinson Township, PA
Pay: $20/hour base + tiered monthly performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (25 hours/week)

Anytime Fitness Robinson is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate to lead our membership growth and retention initiatives. This position plays a key role in executing sales strategies, driving revenue, and ensuring that every member and guest enjoys an exceptional experience at our club.

This is a performance-based role with clearly defined sales quotas and productivity metrics. The Part-Time Assistant Manager works closely with, and reports directly to, the General Manager to achieve club objectives and maintain the high standards associated with the Anytime Fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly under the supervision of the General Manager

  • Assist with driving membership sales, personal training packages, and add-on services

  • Conduct gym tours, consult with potential members, and handle new sign-ups

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting member relationships

  • Perform daily administrative duties such as managing leads, following up on prospects, and processing membership paperwork

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including restrooms, equipment, and common areas

  • Monitor gym usage and enforce policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment

  • Support club promotions, local marketing efforts, and occasional community events

  • Handle member questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience

  • Must have reliable weekday availability (Monday through Friday, 2–7 PM)

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

  • Comfortable with light physical tasks, including cleaning and minor equipment upkeep

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and take initiative

  • Intermediate computer and tech skills; experience with CRM systems

  • Interest or background in fitness is preferred

Compensation & Performance Expectations:

  • $20/hour base pay

  • 3-tier monthly bonus eligibility for meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • This is a performance-based position — sales targets must be met or exceeded for two consecutive months. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership experience in a high-energy, community-focused environment.
