Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including the coordination of annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts, and weekly financial projections.
- Partner extensively with business units, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to drive financial results and operational improvements.
- Develop comprehensive financial analysis, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations to support strategic decision-making and identify risks and opportunities.
- Create and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to support various business initiative and assess ROI
- Assist in month end financial close with the Accounting team.
- Prepare and present actuals vs. budget/forecast variance explanations and detailed financial reports to management.
- Manage and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and inform business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role, with at least 7 years in a financial position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion and PBCS experience are a plus.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with finance and non-finance team members

- Work Schedule: Standard full-time working schedule, M-F. There is no expectation for this role to work weekends, holidays, or odd hours.
- Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this role.
- Physical Requirements: This role involves typical office and computer-based activities, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing and frequent use of hands, fingers, and vision for tasks such as operating a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Work Model: This is a hybrid position in Los Angeles, CA with a requirement to work out of our offices 3 days each week.
