Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in community agency providing direct care services to clients.
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- Microsoft software skills with programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in health care, social services, or related field
- Experience in case management
- Experience with diverse cultures
- Knowledge of medical software applications (ie. EPIC)
