This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. This position provides Food Services processes, systems and tools support for the operation functions. 

Responsibilities

•   Technical support for Food Services systems including maintenance and coordination with the ICS technical team of analysts, project managers, developers, and maintenance programmers. 

•User support including: front line performance for point of sale system, provisioning, cascading, hardware supply, and addressing urgent issues as they occur.

•Ad hoc and scheduled reporting of Food Services data for operations and management.

•Support of Food Services projects to facilitate product user acceptance and execute implementation schedules.

•Trains users on new hardware, including point of sale kiosks and registers. 

•Address urgent issues as they occur.

Qualifications

•    BS degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
•    Up to 2 years of Food Service experience. 
•    Experience with various office tools such as Microsoft Office and other programs such as Adobe Professional, Power BI, etc.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with business partners and customers.
•    Analytical problem solving skills. 
•    Ability to resolve complex computer and communication problems. 
•    Ability to take ownership of a problem from beginning to end for a favorable resolution.
•    Exceptional organizational abilities.
•    Ability to train associates in the use of systems, tools, processes and procedures.
