Position- JD- Regional Marketing Manager- UIS- Kolkata

Location- Kolkata

Reporting to- Deputy Director- Marketing

 

Job Qualification:

Education Level: B Tech in Biotechnology

Experience: 5+ years in handling Application role of UIS Products

Language Skill: Good command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skill: Familiar with Computer, Software & social media

Able to perform GI, WHI, Cardiology & POC demos 

Job Responsibilities

  • Completing all planned customer visits on time and to the levels outlined in application manual.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for new product introduction, promotional material and  team training 
  • Conduct market analysis, customer feedback, monitor competitor activity
  • Focus on product lines in GI, Obgyn, POC, cardiology to drive adoption & market share
  • Develop region specific marketing strategies 
  • Excellent communication & collaborative skills 
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments, providing technical support to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform post-sale demos to the customers to develop product understanding and applications knowledge.
  • Occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use it.
  • Help customers and distributors to solve UIS product issues, response in time.
  • Collect distributors and end-users’ feedback; summarize and analyse customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
  • Train the distributor’s team for better product demo to end users.
  • Provide suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.
  • Initiate & develop new key opinion leaders and maintain good relationship
  • Have a deep understanding of the key accounts which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship and support business outcome.
  • Performing clinical ultrasound applications 
  • Supporting marketing activities
  • Conduct product evaluation and share feedback/suggestions with Product Team
  • Support doctors in Clinical Research to publish papers
