Role Overview
As Marketing Manager – Offline GTM, Events & Activations, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact on-ground activations to drive awareness, signups, and first-time deposits for our poker app. This includes driving strategic programs and partnership across top B-schools, major corporate hubs campuses, popular high-footfall social venues (sports bars, clubs) as well as leveraging the Deltin casinos and hotels, which see ~5000+ visitors daily.
Key Responsibilities
Offline GTM, Events and Activations
Own the strategy and execution for offline user acquisition events and brand experiences.
Identify, plan, and activate presence at top B-schools, corporate parks, startup hubs, and social hotspots.
Curate poker-themed events, competitions, and pop-ups to educate and excite new users.
Build scalable playbooks for repeatable and localized activations across multiple cities.
Deltin Casinos and Hotels
Design and implement engagement booths/events at Deltin casinos and ships.
Collaborate with the Deltin team to drive app sign-ups and in-casino to in-app conversions.
Optimize the user journey from offline visitor to active poker player through incentives, education, and seamless onboarding.
Partnerships and Vendor Management
Manage activation agencies, event partners, campus ambassadors, and promoters.
Ensure seamless execution with strong project and budget management.
Build relationships with on campus societies and entrepreneurship cells, corporate HR and admin teams, Owners / Managers of clubs, sports bars and popular places of hang out for TG
Performance & Reporting
Track and report ROI on offline initiatives – trials generated, conversion rates, CPA.
Conduct A/B tests for formats, messaging, and offers to improve effectiveness.
Work closely with the analytics and product teams to create measurable attribution models for offline efforts.
Requirements
7 - 10 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or offline activations.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition or engagement through on-ground efforts.
Strong understanding of target audience behavior – young professionals, students, gamers.
Excellent planning, negotiation, relationship building and communication skills.
Comfortable with travel, working evenings/weekends as needed for events.
Experience in gaming, lifestyle, or youth brands is a strong plus.
Passion for poker is a big bonus!
